Do you feel it already — the holiday stress? Christmas can be overwhelming, can’t it?
I’d love to help you find ways to make the holidays less stressful this year! In this video, I’m giving you three quick tips that will help you do just that. (Plus, I’ve got a Christmas gift for you! Watch to the end to see what it is.)
We tend to have very high expectations of what Christmas will be. We picture peaceful families spending time by the fire . . . but the reality is usually so hectic, and trying to live up to our high expectations becomes exhausting.
So this year, I want to encourage you to lower your expectations! And cancel some of your plans. Instead of adding more and more to your schedule, take a look at what you can get rid of. And maybe even give fewer gifts.
Because the real point of the season is celebrating Jesus’s birth, and remembering why He came: to give us life.
Watch the video for all my recommendations to sidestep holiday stress this year, and make your Christmas more meaningful.
