One Thought: Father, sometimes I get tired of me. Today, I ask you to do something new within me. I long to see you in new ways. Today I ask that you would give me an expectant heart that looks to you for new things in this season.
What fun to celebrate our grandson‘s high school g What fun to celebrate our grandson‘s high school graduation this past weekend! Our 21 grandkids are now in their teens and young adult years, so it’s a season of graduations for us. Years ago, we made the decision that we would try to attend all high school graduations but not college, and instead visit each of the grands during their four years on their college campus. It’s been so much fun to pretend we’re young again!

One Thought: You are a God of mystery. It’s a glorious mystery. I can’t explain you even though sometimes I want to. Your mystery is part of what makes you so much greater than man. Thank you that you, with all of your glorious mystery, have chosen to dwell in me.

We recently toured some amazing tulip gardens, and soaking in God‘s beauty restored my perspective. Nature always has a way of calming me down.
