I’m so excited to be introducing this new blog feature today!
When I speak around the country, the audience Q&A is always my favorite part. So I am starting a new feature here where I will be answering your questions via video a couple of times each month.
If you have a question involving one of my favorite topics, such as marriage, parenting, or really anything related to living out your faith, please submit it on this page.
Date Night…
Today, I’m taking a question from my friend Janice, who is trying to schedule regular date nights with her husband, but having trouble finding topics of conversation other than the kids. This is a question I’ve heard a lot!
Have you been there? When your children are young, parenting can be all-consuming! But it’s great to take just a little time every week to be with your husband — and talk about something other than dirty diapers or parenting dillemas and successes.
How do you do that? I’ve got some tips for you!
And if you think a regular date night can’t work for you, I’ve got ideas about how to make it happen and some advice about why it’s so important.
Check out the video for my full answer!
